Terms of service



This document describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the search engine optimization (SEO) services offered by GCR Numérique s.e.n.c. to its business clients. These terms are intended to establish a clear, professional, and consistent framework for all service plans.


1. Service Plans Offered

GCR Numérique s.e.n.c. offers three (3) monthly service plans:

  • Basic Plan

  • Standard Plan

  • Premium Plan

The general terms described below apply to all plans unless otherwise stated.


2. Financial Terms

2.1 First Month

The first month of subscription, beginning seven (7) days after receipt of payment, corresponds to the payment for the initial services included in the selected plan.

This month includes the implementation of the SEO actions provided for under the plan (local SEO and related optimizations).

2.2 Subsequent Months

Subsequent service periods are calculated and begin on the date corresponding to the effective start of the initial subscription.

Starting from the second month, payments cover:

  • maintenance of local SEO;

  • ongoing adjustments and optimizations provided for under the plan.


3. Client Modifications and Requests

3.1 Nature of Modifications

Modifications requested by the client company must be equivalent in nature and workload to the services included in the subscribed plan.

Requests must remain similar or comparable to the initial obligations provided for under the plan.

3.2 Frequency of Requests

Specific modification requests may be made:

  • once (1) per month,

with the exception of the initial month, during which services are deployed without restriction related to this rule.

3.3 Submission Deadlines

Modification requests must be received no later than seven (7) days before the end of the current service month.

Any request received after this deadline will be deferred to the following month.

3.4 Processing of Requests

Eligible requests will be processed during the final seven (7) days of the relevant month.


4. Performance Report

A performance report is issued:

  • at the beginning of each month,

  • starting from the second consecutive month of service.

The report outlines the actions carried out and the performance indicators related to SEO.


5. Premium Plan Specifics

The Premium Plan may be adjusted or customized to better meet the specific needs of the client company.

These adjustments are intended, in particular, to optimize SEO efforts in order to achieve a “top 3” type ranking in search results.

Despite this flexibility, any modifications must:

  • remain comparable or equivalent to the agreed-upon services;

  • maintain a reasonably similar level of obligations for GCR Numérique s.e.n.c.


6. Termination, Suspension, and Late Payments

6.1 Subscription Interruption

The client company may interrupt its subscription at any time after a 6 months service. This delay ensure that our customers see the full result of GCR Numérique s.e.n.c.'s work.

No refund will be issued for the current month, regardless of when the interruption is requested.

6.2 Late Payment

In the event of late payment, a notice of delay will be sent to the client company by email.

As long as payment remains outstanding, the updates, optimizations, and modifications included in the plan will be temporarily suspended.

6.3 Resumption of Services After Payment

Once payment is received, suspended services will be reactivated and carried out within a maximum of seven (7) days following receipt of payment.


7. General Scope

These terms are intended to ensure:

  • a transparent relationship with clients;

  • fair management of requests;

  • consistent quality of the services provided.


GCR Numérique s.e.n.c. reserves the right to adjust its plans and terms, subject to providing notice to its clients.
